Partnerships
We partner with experts
One of our core values is to seek expertise. When a practice needs something outside what we do best, we would rather bring in someone who does it properly than stretch ourselves thin.

Why we work this way
One of our core values is to seek expertise, and another is not to spread ourselves too thin. Those two sit together deliberately. A coaching relationship goes wrong the moment the coach starts pretending to be an expert in everything, because the practice ends up taking mediocre advice on something that matters a great deal.
So when a practice we coach needs specialist billing help, or marketing, or a proper answer on an employment question, we bring in somebody who does that work all day. We stay involved, because the change still has to land inside the practice, but we are not the ones pretending to write your employee handbook from scratch.
What that looks like in practice
Usually it starts in a coaching call. Something surfaces that is outside what coaching should solve: a collections problem that is really a billing systems problem, a new patient number that is really a marketing problem, or a personnel situation that needs a compliance specialist rather than a leadership conversation. We name it, introduce you, and then help you hold the work once it is underway.
Practices we coach also work with Dental Intelligence, eAssist and Cambeo among others. If you are a specialist who works well with coached practices and would like to talk about partnering, get in touch.
Free discovery call
Let’s talk about your practice
A discovery call is a conversation, not a pitch. Tell us what is happening in the practice and we will tell you honestly whether coaching is the right answer.
